You may cancel a request before technician dispatch without penalty in most cases. We recommend cancellation as early as possible to release the slot.
If cancellation is made after technician dispatch or close to the scheduled time window, a visit/logistics charge may apply to cover assigned resources and travel.
If technician access is not provided at the confirmed time (no response, locked premises, denied entry, missing authorization), the visit may be treated as completed and a service call charge can apply.
Special-order or model-specific parts may be non-cancellable once ordered from supplier. Any supplier restocking, shipping, or cancellation charges may be deducted from eligible refunds.
Where possible, rescheduling is preferred over cancellation. We attempt to offer nearest available alternative slots based on zone and technician capacity.
Charges may be reviewed case-by-case in genuine emergencies. Final waiver or adjustment decisions remain subject to operational validation.
